Fall Back 2026

In 2026, daylight saving time ends on Sunday, Nov. 1. At 2 a.m. local time, Americans will set clocks back one hour to 1 a.m.
Moving the clock back one hour means more light in the morning and less in the evening - and an extra hour of sleep.
Spring Forward
Begins: 3/14/2027 - 2:00 AM
Ends: 3/14/2027 - 2:00 AM
Daylight Saving Time in 2027 begns on Sunday, March 14 at 2 AM. When clocks are set forward one hour to 3:00 AM This shift brings an extra hour of daylight in the evening. This shift will remain in effect until November 7, 2027 at 2:00 AM when the clocks will be set back one hour to 1:00 AM and we return to standard time.
