Procedures & Fines

The Village of Windsor may issue tickets for violations of local ordinances or violations of State of Illinois laws (statutes.)  Some local ordinance violations may be resolved by pleading guilty and paying an administrative fine to the Village of Windsor.  If you wish to contest a ticket or if you have violated a state law, you may be called before the Mercer County Circuit Court in Aledo, IL.  When you are issued a ticket or arrested, you will be advised of your options and given a court date, if required.
